San Diego Maternity Photographer | Patrice + Steven

This feels so surreal to write, I remember talking to Patrice and she wasn’t sure if she wanted to have kids. A few months later I get the news that she is pregnant and expecting her first baby girl! And her beautiful pink dress went perfectly for the occasion I had the honor of capturing their San Diego Maternity photos! Patrice has been one of my best friends since we were young in diapers. As long as I can remember, her and I go way back to our nine-year-old selves joking and spending Halloween’s together. Or, one of us begging our mom’s if one of us could stay the night over. Memories that will last forever between us.

Both Patrice and Steven are so wonderful together. I see the way she glows when she looks at him or talks about him. And this summer Patrice and Steven will welcome their first baby into the world. I was blessed to be there to document this moment for the two of them and I know these two are going to be great parents!

Patrice and Steven, the roads may be tough but they will be worth it. Document every moment to never forget the special bonds forming right in front of your eyes. Cherish the moments and hold onto them tight!
