I am so excited to be sharing with you this wonder and Romantic Engagement Session at Rancho Penasquitos Preserve! Elizabeth and Eric, one of my 2022 couples, had their engagement session with me. We could not ask for a better day! The weather was perfect, and golden hour was in our favor.

Hey, friends! Welcome to my blog. My name is Ashley and I am a San Diego Wedding Photographer. I love photographing proposals, engagement sessions, and weddings. It brings me such joy when I get to capture a wedding day and deliver the story through an online gallery. What makes me happy is when I photograph and engagement session for a couple who also hired me for their weddings. I offer complimentary engagement sessions for each couple who books me for their wedding, so we have a chance to bond and get to know each other more.
Meet the Couple
Elizabeth and Eric met back in High School during Spanish class. Eric also became friends with her brother before they even got to know each other more. So, even outside of school, they would see each other at their home and at parties. It wasn’t long though until they started to grow feelings for each other, and their relationship grew into something special!
When Eric new it was time to ask Elizabeth to marry him, he got their families involved. He took her to go see the Lights at the Escondido Center. After enjoying the views for a few minutes, Elizabeth noticed that her family had shown up. With this, she knew he was going to propose and he did! Right in the middle of the lights too! It was so magical.
