Engagement Photosession | Roger Williams Park
Two co-workers starting off as friends turned into a romance that lead to an engagement at Roger Williams Park in Rhode Island. That is the small version of it, but so much has happened between the first moment Nikki and Matt laid eyes on each other. A love story that was tested from the beginning but these two made it and are now so ready to get married in 2022.

Hey, I’m Ashley! An engagement, portrait, and wedding photographer based out of San Diego, California. Aside from loving on my family, I love photographing memories that will forever be cherished. Photographs that can be shared with loved ones. Moments that can be captured that tell a love story. It’s what I enjoy doing and why I became a photographer. Nikki and Matt
As mentioned earlier, these two met at work and were friends/co-workers for over a year. As time went on, they got really close and started to express feelings for each other. Their relationship flourished from there. Something that is so sweet to me, and stands out, is that their relationship was put to the test soon after they started to date. Nikki had lost her father just a few months into dating and through it all, Matt was there for her. Comforting her and helping her through this time that was so difficult.
Time has moved on and they continued to love and support each other. What I found to be sweet was that Nikki helped him move into his new place but she never left!
Now? They are planning their incredible wedding next year and from there, find a home together and (hopefully) add another dog to their family.
Nikki and Matt… Congratulations on your engagement and for celebrating something so amazing. I cannot wait to see where this leads and to watch you celebrate at your wedding next year!
